3 Father's Day feasts

This year treat dad to a marvellous meal he won't soon forget. Tempt his tastebuds with any one of our featured Father's Day menus below. Instead of an ordinary steak for Father's Day, why not try something new: a moist and tasty barbecued turkey? It's easy to brine the turkey the day before and prepare all of the other dishes ahead so you can spend the day with Dad. A round of golf? Help in the garden? Tennis anyone?

Television's Food Network Canada launches chef Michael Smith into viewers' kitchens, but it was his father, Ralph, who launched him into his career. "Long before chefs were cool my father took us to restaurants to tour the kitchens. Today my dad is so proud – he's like the president of my fan club.
