Enjoy one of these four indulgent desserts that are perfect for Passover.
Make this versatile cake with butter for a kosher Passover dairy dessert or with pareve (nondairy) margarine so you can indulge after a Passover Seder. Choose bittersweet chocolate that is kosher for Passover and nondairy. And if you don't celebrate Passover, this is a fantastic fudgy dessert for any occasion.

This favourite is so irresistible that you don't need to celebrate Passover to enjoy it. Many people take credit for the original, but here is our version from The Test Kitchen.
This four-ingredient cookie couldn't be simpler. The vanilla bean gives a lovely hit of flavour without using extract, which is usually not kosher for Passover. The scraped bean pod can be added to a canister of granulated sugar to perfume it for all of your baking.
Steeping the orange peel in syrup gives a subtle flavour to the fruit salad. We chose the fruit for flavour and for its bright spring colours. Pair this salad with Vanilla Bean Amaretti for a lightened-up, dairy-free Passover Seder dessert.
