• For cheesecakes, such as Rocky Road Cheesecake, dip knife in hot water and dry with towel between each slice.
• For frozen desserts, such as Double Chocolate Semifreddo and Chocolate Caramel Ice-Cream Pie, dip knife in hot water but do not dry between each slice.
