An Easter extravaganza
Easter is a splendid holiday to revive the tradition of a dress-up lunch with the family. A beautifully appointed table and fresh spring flowers add to the formal beauty and delicious new-season dishes. For this celebration we asked Lynn Crawford, executive chef at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, to create a special spring menu that honours the occasion but is very doable, paced with make-ahead stages so everyone can make it at home.
