Asian sensation dinner

A casual friends-over kind of evening has tremendous appeal at any time. To encourage this kind of relaxed occasion, we have created a menu for six in which all of the courses -- fireside nibbles and a glass of wine, then a cosy gathering around the table for an Asian-inspired fondue and a refreshing dessert -- are made ahead or, as with the fondue, cooked by the guests. This kind of menu makes for time to talk, catch up and enjoy a good visit.
