Brining is a super-easy make-ahead solution that adds flavour and prevents meat from drying out, so it's great for pork. We've used boneless pork loin chops for easier slicing.
These saucy, tasty ribs are inspired by Chinese-style pork char siu. To get the signature ruby red colour, we've used grenadine, but if you don't have any on hand, this recipe will still taste fantastic. For a large crowd, cut ribs into individual portions before serving.
Cooking whole, unpeeled potatoes takes a bit longer, but it's the secret to getting the perfect potato salad texture. Toasting the spices before adding them to the dressing gets rid of any raw flavour. Sprinkle with additional cilantro just before serving.
Kale is a hearty green that's perfect for marinating. We've included napa cabbage for added crunch, but you can substitute with shredded green cabbage.
These sliders are packed full of all your favourite steakhouse flavours, like sautéed mushrooms, garlic and stea sauce. Sliders make perfect appetizers, but this recipe can easily be adapted to full-size burgers for a main meal.
