Thomas Haas is a fourth-generation pastry chef who grew up learning to make delicious desserts in his family’s pastry shop in Aichhalden, Germany. Since then, Haas has practised his pastry making skills all over Europe and North America, winning a place among the most talented pastry chefs in the world. Now calling Vancouver home, Haas owns Thomas Haas Fine Chocolates and Patisserie and is the consulting pastry chef to Senses Bakery and Metropolitan Hotels.
