There are few things more pleasing to guests than a wheel of Brie. Who can resist its creamy, mellow, buttery and nutty flavour? Alone it's magnificent but topped, wrapped or stuffed, it's irresistible. To showcase Brie, we created ways to dress up the rounds that you find in the deli section of most supermarkets -- all with simple ingredients and an eye on the clock.
