Emerging research shows cranberries may be better for you than you think. They contain health-enhancing substances called anthocyanins -- naturally occurring red-colour compounds also found in other berries such as blueberries and strawberries. Studies show these compounds help prevent heart disease and cancer, act as natural antibiotics and may even stall the aging process. Eat up!
