Small fry, big help

When it comes to making supper, many families have a hidden resource — the kids. Youngsters don't have to be very old or skilled to start helping make the family meals. Contributions can be as simple as tearing lettuce and peeling carrots. Or for older children, let them try making easier dishes, such as Baked Bunwiches, from start to finish.

So let's get everyone cooking!
