Preparation
In microwaveable dish, whisk together lemon juice, thyme, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cover and microwave at High for 7 minutes. Transfer chicken to plate. Microwave lemon mixture, uncovered, at High for 3 minutes or until reduced to 1/3 cup (75 mL).
Meanwhile, place chicken on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook, turning once, for 8 minutes. Brush with half of the lemon sauce; cook for 2 minutes longer or until no longer pink inside. Serve with remaining sauce.
