Ingredients
- 1/4 cup miso paste 1/4 cup miso paste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp minced gingerroot 2 tsp minced gingerroot
- 4 centre-cut salmon fillets , skin-on4 centre-cut salmon fillets, skin-on
Preparation
Place salmon on greased foil-lined baking sheet. Roast in 400°F (200°C) oven until fish flakes easily when tested, 10 to 12 minutes. Broil until crusty and browned. Makes 4 servings.
