Light and springy, this fresh salad is the perfect complement to the cr?s.

Preparation:

Vinaigrette: In small bowl, whisk together oil, chives, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and tarragon. (Make-ahead: Cover and set aside for up to 2 hours; whisk to emulsify.)

In large bowl, toss greens with radishes; pour vinaigrette over top and toss to coat.
