Ingredients

  • 12 mint leaves
  • 4 tsp lime juice
  • 4 tsp granulated sugar
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 oz club soda
  • 1-1/2 oz white rum or amber rum
  • Mint sprig

Preparation

1. In tall glass, muddle (mash) mint leaves with lime juice and sugar; stir until dissolved. Fill half full with crushed ice. Add soda and rum; stir to combine.

2. Garnish with mint sprig.
