Mushroom, Tomato and Goat Cheese Pizza

One 9-inch (23 cm) pita bread
1 tbsp (15 mL) cream goat cheese (chèvre)
3 tbsp (50 mL) tomato sauce
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp (10 mL) chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup (50 mL) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 tsp (5 mL) freshly grated parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Place pita bread on baking sheet. Spread with goat cheese; spoon on tomato sauce. Cover with tomato and mushroom slices; sprinkle with basil. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Bake in 475°F (240°C) oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and crust is browned.
