Ingredients

  • 1 19-inch (23 cm) pita bread
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspchevre, (cream goat_cheese)
  • 3 tbsp 3tbsptomato sauce
  • 2 2tomatotomatoes, sliced
  • 2 2mushroommushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tsp 2tspchopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup 1/4cupshredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp 1tspfreshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Place pita bread on baking sheet. Spread with goat cheese; spoon on tomato sauce. Cover with tomato and mushroom slices; sprinkle with basil. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Bake in 475°F (240°C) oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and crust is browned.
