Niçoise Sub
A sandwich for supper? Why not - especially when the fixings for a satisfying meal are quick to put together.

Ingredients:

2 sausage or large hot dog buns
2 tbsp (25 mL) Easy Bean Spread
Lettuce
Tomato, sliced
1 can (6.5 oz/184 g) tuna
1/4 cup (50 mL) light mayonnaise
1 green onion, chopped
Black olives, chopped
Preparation:
Cut buns almost through along top; spread with bean spread.
Line with lettuce and tomato.
Mash tuna with mayonnaise and green onion; spoon onto buns.
Sprinkle with black olives.
