With a quick turn in the microwave, this provides a nourishing start to the day. Serve with milk, honey and bananas.
Preparation
In 2-cup (500 mL) microwaveable bowl, combine rolled oats, oat bran, raisins, sesame seeds and salt ; stir in 1 cup (250 mL) water. Cover and microwave on high, stirring once, for 2 minutes or until oats are tender and water is absorbed. Let stand for 1 minute
