1/2 cup (125 mL) large-flake rolled oats
2 tbsp (25 mL) oat or wheat bran
2 tbsp (25 mL) raisins or chopped dried fruit
1 tbsp (15 mL) sesame, flax, pumpkin or sunflower seeds
Pinch salt
Preparation:
In 2-cup (500 mL) microwaveable bowl, combine rolled oats, oat bran, raisins, sesame seeds and sa< stir in 1 cup (250 mL) water. Cover and microwave on high, stirring once, for 2 minutes or until oats are tender and water is absorbed. Let stand for 1 minute
