Paprika-Dusted Corn on the Cob

6 cobs of corn
2 tbsp (25 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
1-1/2 tsp (7 mL) each smoked paprika (or paprika) and salt
Preparation:
Husk and remove silk from corn. Grill over medium-high heat until tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Brush with olive oil.
Meanwhile, in small dish, mix smoked paprika and salt. Sprinkle over corn.
