Preparation
Cut 16 thin slices diagonally from baguette. Toast on rimmed baking sheet in 375°F (190°C) oven until crisp, about 10 minutes. Brush with oil; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper. Broil until golden and cheese is bubbly, about 2 minutes.
