Peanut Butter Banana Wraps

Use bananas that are as straight as possible, because they are easier to roll. You can replace the peanut butter with any nut butter. You'll need to open the packages to test for doneness, so be careful because the contents will be hot.

    4 small flour tortillas
    1/2 cup (125 mL) natural smooth peanut butter
    1/4 cup (50 mL) chocolate chips
    4 small bananas

Preparation:

Spread tortillas with peanut butter; sprinkle with chocolate chips. Place banana at 1 edge of each tortilla; roll up. Wrap individually in double-thickness heavy-duty foil; seal edges. (Make-ahead: Let stand for up to 1 hour.)

Place on grill over medium heat; close lid and grill, turning twice, until banana is tender and chocolate is melted, about 12 minutes. Slice each tortilla into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces.
