Ingredients
- 1 round (8 oz/250 g) Brie cheese 1 1round (8 oz/250 g) round (8 oz/250 g)Brie cheese
- Pecan Stilton Cheese Filling:
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans 1/4 1/4cup cupchopped toasted pecanpecans
- 1/4 cup crumbled Stilton cheese 1/4 1/4cup cupcrumbled Stilton cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 2 2tbsp tbspchopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Pecan Stilton Cheese Filling: Stir together walnuts, cheese and parsley.
Slice Brie in half horizontally. Sprinkle filling over bottom half; top with other half. Place on baking sheet; bake in 350°F (180°C) oven until cheese softened, 5 to 10 minutes.
