Ingredients
- 1/2 cup packed fresh basil 1/2 1/2cup cuppacked fresh basil
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 1/4cup cupextra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp toasted pine nuts 1 1tbsp tbsptoasted pine nutpine nuts
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper 1/4 1/4tsp tspeach salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic , minced1 1clove garliccloves of garlic, minced
Preparation
In food processor, pur?together basil, oil, pine nuts, salt and pepper until smooth, 1 minute. Add garlic. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days.)
