Serve this delicious meal on a bed of greens or on buns or baguette. It also works well for packed lunches.

2 cups (500 mL) diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup (125 mL) each diced sweet red pepper and celery
1/4 cup (50 mL) light mayonnaise
2 tbsp (25 mL) pesto
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
pinch salt
Preparation:
In bowl, combine cooked chicken, red pepper, celery, mayonnaise, pesto, green onions, pepper; and salt.
