The skim milk powder in this smoothie adds another 226 mg of calcium to each serving, which brings it up to 58 per cent of the recommended daily intake.
- 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) 1can (14 oz/398 mL)sliced pineapple in juice
- 2 cups 2cupsplain yogurt
- 1/2 cup 1/2cupskim milk powder
- 1 tbsp 1tbspliquid honey
- 3 drops 3dropscoconut extract, (optional)
- 1/2 cup 1/2cupice cubes
In blender, puree pineapple and juice, yogurt, skim milk powder, honey, coconut extract (if using) and ice until smooth.
