Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) sliced pineapple in juice 1 1can (14 oz/398 mL) can (14 oz/398 mL)sliced pineapple in juice
- 2 cups plain yogurt 2 2cups cupsplain yogurt
- 1/2 cup skim milk powder 1/2 1/2cup cupskim milk powder
- 1 tbsp liquid honey 1 1tbsp tbspliquid honey
- 3 drops coconut extract , (optional)3 3drops dropscoconut extract, (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes 1/2 1/2cup cupice cubes
Preparation
In blender, puree pineapple and juice, yogurt, skim milk powder, honey, coconut extract (if using) and ice until smooth.
