Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) 1can (14 oz/398 mL)sliced pineapple in juice
  • 2 cups 2cupsplain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupskim milk powder
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspliquid honey
  • 3 drops 3dropscoconut extract, (optional)
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupice cubes

Preparation

In blender, puree pineapple and juice, yogurt, skim milk powder, honey, coconut extract (if using) and ice until smooth.
