Unbelievable as it may sound, this cocktail truly delivers the flavour of the tropical baked goods.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp 3tbsppineapple juice
- 1-1/2 oz 1-1/2ozvanilla vodka or vodka
- 1/2 oz 1/2ozamaretto liqueur
- 1 pinch 1pinchground ginger
- 1/2 tsp 1/2tspgrenadine syrup
- Maraschino cherryMaraschino cherries
Preparation
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add pineapple juice, vodka, amaretto and ginger; shake vigorously to blend and chill. Strain into martini glass; drizzle with grenadine. Garnish with skewered cherry.
