Pink Greyhound
This refreshing drink, which originated in Florida, makes one think of southern holidays to come. For a sweeter drink, stir in a bit of sugar to taste.

Ingredients:

4-1/2 cups (1.125 L) grapefruit juice
1 cup (250 mL) club soda
1 cup (250 mL) gin or vodka
1/3 cup (75 mL) cranberry juice
4 slices pink or red grapefruit, halved
Preparation:
In pitcher, stir together grapefruit juice, soda, gin and cranberry juice. Top with ice.
Serve in glasses garnished with grapefruit.
