Quarter and seed lemon, orange and apple; thinly slice crosswise.

In pitcher and with wooden spoon, muddle together lemon, orange, apple, sugar, bitters and sa< refrigerate for 30 minutes or for up to 8 hours.

Stir in juice, mixing well. Add ice.
