  • 1 pkg (14 g) 1pkg (14 g)dried porcini mushroomdried porcini mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup 1/4cupsea salt
  • 1 pinch 1pinchground nutmeg

In clean spice or coffee grinder, pulse together mushrooms, salt and nutmeg, in 2 batches, until powdery with a few larger mushroom pieces. Store in airtight container in cool dark place for up to 1 month.
