- Portion size: 12 pieces
A tiny pizza with the big flavours of olives, ham and cheese makes a sensational pop-in-your-mouth bite. If you don't have pizza sauce, use pasta or tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- 3 3slices prosciutto
- 3 oz 3ozBrie cheese
- 1/4 cup 1/4cuppizza sauce
- 12 12mini pitamini pitas
- 12 12oil-cured olives, pitted and chopped
Preparation
Spread pizza sauce evenly over pitas. Top with prosciutto, then Brie; sprinkle with olives. Bake on baking sheet in bottom third of 400°F (200°C) oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Additional information :
Tip: If the pitas you buy are puffy, poke a hole in each and press to deflate.
