Blue Cheese Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

Method

In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and celery seeds.

Add cabbage, carrot, celery, green onion; and blue cheese. Toss gently.
