Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 3 cups broccoli slaw
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup sliced snow pea
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion

Method

In bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.

Add broccoli slaw, snow peas and red onion. Toss.
