- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated gingerroot
- 4 cups finely shredded cabbage (1/3 of a cabbage approx.)
- 1 cup julienned carrots
MethodIn small bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and gingerroot. Set dressing aside.
Toss cabbage with carrots. Divide among 4 plates. Drizzle with dressing.
Makes 4 servings.
