Ingredients

  • 2 carrots coarsely grated
  • 2 radishes grated
  • 1 celery stalk grated
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Method

In bowl, combine carrots, radishes and celery. Add vinegar, olive oil, horseradish, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
