Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid honey
  • Pinch each salt and pepper
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 carrots , grated

Method

In large bowl, whisk together extra-virgin olive oil, cider vinegar, liquid honey, salt and pepper. Stir in coleslaw mix and carrot. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
