Feta Green Pea Orzo

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup orzo or other small pasta
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup cubes feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method

In saucepan of boiling salted water, cook orzo until almost tender, about 5 minutes. Add peas; heat through. Drain and toss with feta, dill, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
