Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 carrots grated
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons malt vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed

Method

Cut cabbage into sixths; core. Cut onion into 3 wedges. Grill over medium heat until outer layers start to soften, 10 minutes. Thinly slice.

In bowl, toss cabbage, onion, carrot, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper and celery seed.
