- 20 new potatoes
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Scrub new potatoes; prick several times. In microwaveable dish, cover and microwave potatoes at High for 3 minutes. Thread onto 4 metal skewers. Place on greased grill over medium heat; close lid and grill, turning, until tender, 20 minutes.
Mix olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper; brush over potatoes. Grill for 2 minutes.
