Parsley Rice

Ingredients

  • 375 mL water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cups parboiled white rice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley finely chopped

Method

In saucepan, bring water and salt to boil over medium-high heat; stir in rice. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until tender, about 20 minutes.

Remove rice from heat; let stand until all water is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Stir in parsley.
