- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 pears peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberry
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
In skillet, melt butter over medium heat; cook pears for 2 minutes. Add cranberries and cinnamon; cook until pears are tender, about 4 minutes. Serve over ice cream.
