Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch dried basil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 4 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sliced radish

Method

In large bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, dried basil, salt and pepper.

Add lettuce, carrot, cucumber and radishes; toss to coat.
