Love strawberries? Take out your blender and try making our delicious strawberry yogurt soup.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Strawberries
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup Balkan-style plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 6 mint leaves

Method

In blender, puree together strawberries, cranberry juice, water, yogurt, sugar and lime juice.

Strain into bowl. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about one hour.

Garnish each serving with mint sprig.
