Two-Tone Bean Packet

Ingredients

  • 8 oz green beans trimmed
  • 8 oz yellow beans trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Method

Arrange beans on large piece of heavy-duty foil. Dot with butter or olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold up sides and seal to form packet.

Place on grill over medium heat; close lid and cook until tender-crisp, about 20 minutes.
