1/4 cup (50 mL) light mayonnaise
2 tbsp (25 mL) milk
1 tsp (5 mL) grated lemon rind
1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
pinch each salt and granulated sugar
1 lb (500 g) asparagus, cooked
2 tbsp (25 mL) chopped fresh chives or green onions
Preparation:
In bowl, whisk together light mayonnaise, milk, grated lemon rind, lemon juice, salt and granulated sugar.
Arrange asparagus on plates and drizzle with dressing.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives or green onions.
