Ingredients
- 4 baby bok choy 4 4baby bok choy
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 1tbsp tbspvegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves , minced2 2garlic clovegarlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 1/4tsp tspsalt
- 3 tbsp water 3 3tbsp tbspwater
- 1 tbsp regular or white balsamic vinegar 1 1tbsp tbspregular or white balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Trim base of each bok choy; cut in half lengthwise. In large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat; fry garlic and salt until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add bok choy and water; cover and steam until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar; turn to coat.
