Barbecued Mini-Potatoes

Ingredients:

16 small new potatoes
2 tbsp (25 mL) butter, melted
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
Preparation:
Scrub potatoes. In saucepan of boiling salted water, cover and cook potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes; drain and thread onto 4 metal skewers. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and grill until tender, about 10 minutes. Mix butter, parsley, salt and pepper. Brush over potatoes; grill for 2 minutes.
