1/4 cup (50 mL) light mayonnaise
2 tsp (10 mL) cider vinegar
1 tsp (5 mL) granulated sugar
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt, pepper and celery seeds
4 cups (1 L) shredded cabbage
1 cup (250 mL) shredded carrot
1/4 cup (50 mL) each thinly sliced celery and green onion
2 tbsp (25 mL) crumbled blue cheese
Preparation:
In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and celery seeds.
Add cabbage, carrot, celery, green onion; and blue cheese. Toss gently.
