Boston Leaf Salad
This recipe makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp grainy mustard
- 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 6 cups torn boston lettuce
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup chopped radishes
- 1/2 cup chopped bean sprouts
Preparation
In large bowl, whisk together extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, grainy mustard, dried basil, salt and pepper. Add Boston lettuce, cucumber; radishes and bean sprouts. Toss.
