Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 6 cups torn Boston lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup torn radicchio leaves
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery

Preparation

In large bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp (25 mL) extra-virgin olive oil, vinegar, mustard and pinch each granulated sugar, salt and pepper.

Add lettuce, radicchio and celery; toss to coat.
