Broccoli Carrot Packet

Ingredients:

2 cups (500 mL) broccoli florets
2 carrots, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup (50 mL) chicken stock
1 tbsp (15 mL) soy sauce
1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
Preparation:
Cut piece of heavy-duty foil 20 inches (50 cm) long. Place broccoli, carrots and garlic in centre; sprinkle with stock and soy sauce. Dot with butter. Fold edges together to seal. Place on grill over medium-high heat. Close lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender-crisp.
