Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 cups broccoli slaw, (julienne broccoli available ready-made in the produce sections of some supermarkets)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins

Preparation

In bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in broccoli slaw, sunflower seeds and raisins.
